We understand buying shoes online can be tricky and we have built our exchange & return policy to be as simple as possible. All items except discounted items (over 30% off) and FINAL SALE items purchased are eligible for a free 1-time exchange or return within 14 days of receiving your goods.
If needed just contact us about your exchange/return, and we will communicate with you on the process. Please understand the customer is responsible for the shipment back to our facilities but we will provide the second shipment for the exchanged item. A returned item is also eligible for a store credit or full refund (where applicable).
For any returns or exchanges, items must not be worn and tried only on a carpeted surface. Items will also need to be shipped double boxed and with their original, undamaged shoe box as the box is considered a part of the product. Shoes that are returned without a box, in a damaged box or with marked soles may not be accepted. In most cases, the shipping box your goods arrived in can be used again for the return.
