What size should I purchase?
Our shoes are listed with their Euro size first and corresponding US size next to them.  A.Posse sneakers are considered True To Size (TTS) unless stated otherwise and in most cases you should be able to take your regular size.  Widths sizes are normal (D).

If you are still unsure which size to select, a good way is to measure your feet size with socks on and use our handy size chart.  Measure your feet with the heel against the wall and mark the furthest toe.  Then use a ruler to measure the length of the marking from the wall.  We find using centimeters to be more accurate but if your ruler only has inches listed our size charts has them as well. Use the measured length to the corresponding Euro size and if you are in between sizes, go with the size up. 

Is there something special with A.Posse’s material and/or construction?
The trademark of our products is the use of natural top end materials.  Natural full grain leathers are great to use in footwear because of their quality and durability.  Part of the aesthetics to our brand is how it ages with wear.  The more you wear them, the more character will develop with each pair as it becomes an embodiment of your style. As of 2017 all of our sneakers are handmade in Portugal with lifelong experienced artisans.

The shoes didn’t fit me just right.  What is the exchange or return policy?
All items except FINAL SALE or certain discounted (over 30% off) items purchased are eligible for a free 1 time return within 14 days of receiving your product.  Just contact us about your return, and we will communicate where to ship your items back.  You may return the item for a full refund, store credit or exchange in size.  We understand buying shoes online can be tricky and our return policy is as simple as it comes and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. 

Due to the smaller size and independent nature of our brand we cannot provide a return label at this time, however in cases of a size exchange we will cover the shipping of the second pair (exchanged item).

If you do a return, items must not be worn and tried only on a carpeted surface.  Items will also need to be shipped double boxed and in their original, undamaged shoe box, as the box is considered a part of the product.  Shoes that are returned without a box, in a damaged box or with marked soles may not be accepted.

International orders are not eligible for returns at this time.

How long does it take to ship?  Do you guys have free shipping?
Standard shipping is free for purchases over $160 and usually takes 4-6 business days. If you want it sooner, we offer a few expedited shipping options to choose from. 

Do you ship internationally?

We offer special discounted rates through our shipping partners for deliveries around the world. At checkout, you will be offered various shipping methods to select from. International orders will not include duties, and it is upon the customer to understand their native countries' duty obligations.  We apologize, but we cannot currently process exchanges or returns on international orders.
