U.S. Continental: Thank you valued customers! All orders over $100 qualifies for free shipping to the continental U.S. Just choose the “Free Ship Over $100” option and your order will arrive in 4-6 business days. If you require it sooner, we also offer reasonable expedited shipping options.
Alaska & Hawaii: We have partnered with all major carriers, and are able to extend discounted rates to customers outside of the continental U.S. Just enter your shipping location and the friendly rates will show up for you. Alaska & Hawaii customers are still eligible for our easy exchange/return policy (below), however please be advised the customer is responsible to ship items back to us and an additional shipping fee for the exchanged item.
International: A.Posse has partnered up with DHL to bring you our excellent kicks to wherever you are in the world. Simply add your address and choose which shipping method is best for you.
Please understand that it is possible depending on your country you may be required to pay additional taxes or customs. We have no control of this and we encourage you to be in touch with your customs office and/or the DHL carrier for your order. Apologies but returns currently cannot be accepted for our international orders.
Exchanges & Returns: We understand buying shoes online can be tricky and our FAQ section has a handy way to get you your best size. We have also built our exchange & return policy to be as simple as possible. All items except discounted items (over 30% off) and FINAL SALE items purchased are eligible for a free 1-time exchange or return within 14 days of receiving your goods.
If needed just contact us about your exchange/return, and we will communicate with you on the process. Please understand the customer is responsible for the shipment back to our facilities but we will provide the second shipment for the exchanged item. A returned item is also eligible for a store credit or full refund (when applicable).
For any returns or exchanges, items must not be worn and tried only on a carpeted surface. Items will also need to be shipped double boxed and with their original, undamaged shoe box as the box is considered a part of the product. Shoes that are returned without a box, in a damaged box or with marked soles may not be accepted. In most cases, the shipping box your goods arrived in can be used again for the return.
